Bible Study

Well, as many of you know I work at a wonderful preschool. We are so blessed that we hold bible study after work for anyone who wishes. For the last 3 weeks we have been doing this study "Just enough light for the step I am on" and I love it, Stormie the author is just awesome she speaks to me on every page, this study is easy and applies to me in so many ways. If you are looking for a study to do with a group of girl friends or by yourself this is a good one!! I do want to share the very first sentence which I love is Our tomorrow is determined by the steps we take today."wow pretty powerful stuff. I have learned in only 3 weeks look not at myself or circumstances but look up at him that is what he wants from us, of course I have been reminded and learned a lot more like HIS desire is for me to become more dependent on him for every step, on my own I stumble yet when I take HIS hand I can fly and this week my favorite well one of the many is He knows that too much light can be hard to handle it can blind and confuse me he prefers to give me just enough to keep me dependent on HIM. Man I just love getting into his word and learning about all HE has to give me if I stay in the light.
Just wanted to share some of my favorite scripture she leads us into:
PSALM 119:133 Direct my steps by Your Word, And let no iniquity have dominion over me.
PSALM 119:37 Turn away my eyes from looking at worthless things,And revive me in your way.
By the way one of my really great co-workers/friend is leading us in this study, THANKS Shannon for who you are, who you stand for and most of all for being a God loving woman!!!
