Oreo Delight

(1 whole pkg) Oreo cookies
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1 pkg. cream cheese softened
1/4 c sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1(12oz) cool whip thawed
3 1/4 c. cold milk
2 pkg. sm Chocolate pudding instant mix

Mix crushed oreos and butter in medium bowl. Press firmly onto bottom of 9x13 pan refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Beat cream chz, sugar, and 2tbsp. milk until mix well, stir in 1 1/4 c of the cool whip and spread onto of the cookie crust.

Mix 3 1/4 cups of milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes and pour over cream chz layer top with remaining cool whip.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
